Refund policy

We have a 14-day exchange or store-credit policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or in-store credit.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept jewelry, personal care items, undergarments, or swimwear for return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@noblerise.ca, or visit us in store. Please note that online exchanges or store-credit will need to be sent to the following address: # 120, 16 Westway Road Spruce Grove, AB T7X 3X3 or dropped off in person. We do not provide free shipping for returns, that is the customers responsibility, which they agree to upon purchase. 

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, that you will be charged for, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, nor will items or reasons not described accurately.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like jewelry (including earrings, necklaces, and rings), beauty products (such as lip tints, or lip scrubs), undergarments, or swimwear. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items/discounted  or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
